What is your return policy?
Our “Last bag guarantee,” means just that-we believe Lotus will be the last product of its kind you’ll ever need. That’s why we offer a 100% Love It Guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. We'll send you instructions to return your product(s). Once we receive your return, we will issue a full product refund. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Expedited 2-day shipping is also available for all our products for an additional cost.
When you are ready to check out, you will be offered both free and expedited shipping. Select the shipping method that is best for you. When your order ships, we'll send an email confirmation with a tracking ID so you know exactly where your package is and when it will arrive. Orders are shipped in plastic-free, friendly packaging.
